At Coderwise (https://coderwise.net), we sell digital downloadable products. As digital goods cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is designed with this in mind. By purchasing a product from our platform, you agree to the terms below.
Please note that local consumer protection laws may apply and are not excluded by this policy if applicable to your country.
You are not eligible for a refund if:
You have already downloaded the product using the provided access code.
The activation code has been used to unlock or register the product.
More than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase.
You no longer want the item after downloading it.
You changed your mind or purchased the item by mistake.
You found a better alternative or believe the product is not of good quality.
You lack the technical skills to use the product.
You don’t have the required software to open or edit the product, as listed in the product description.
You are unable to download the product due to internet-related issues (slow, unstable, or limited connection).
You claim there is a technical issue but do not provide sufficient evidence for us to reproduce the issue.
A refund may be granted under all of the following conditions:
The request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The activation code has not been used.
The product has not been downloaded.
One or more of the following valid reasons applies:
Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same item more than once.
Technical issue: The product does not function as described, and you provide sufficient information to verify the issue.
Misrepresentation: The product is materially different from its description or preview (e.g., low resolution when "high quality" was promised).
Example: A file marketed as "vector-based" that is delivered in raster format would be considered misrepresented. However, subjective opinions such as "I don’t like it" or "it doesn’t look professional" are not valid grounds for a refund.
To request a refund, contact our support team through coderwise.net/contact-us. Be sure to include:
Your purchase code.
A clear explanation of the reason for the refund
Any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Coderwise reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its sole discretion based on the above policy.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
Repeated refund requests or abuse of the policy may result in account suspension or termination.
