All digital products offered on this website are the exclusive property of Coderwise. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions applicable to both Regular and Extended licenses.
The Regular License grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the product in a single End Product, for yourself or a client, provided that you do not charge users for access to or use of the final product.
Personal or commercial use within your own projects.
May be integrated into a client project, as long as the resource is not the main product and is not delivered separately.
Modifying the resource to fit the final project is allowed.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product, either in its original or modified form.
You may not include the product in libraries, kits, courses, download platforms, or share it with third parties.
The product may not be used in items that will be sold as templates, packages, or reusable resources.
Mass monetization through SaaS models or other systems with multiple users is not allowed.
The Extended License grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual right to use the product in a single End Product that can be sold or monetized.
You may not resell or redistribute the product as a standalone resource (e.g., template, source file, downloadable image, video, database, etc.).
You may not share or modify the product to distribute it as a new reusable or resellable resource.
The resource may not be included as part of a downloadable digital asset bundle, even if it is modified.

An "end product" is a customized implementation that:
Integrates the Coderwise resource meaningfully.
Requires creative or technical effort to build.
Prevents the end user from extracting or reusing the original resource.
Examples include:
An Excel template customized with your data and formulas.
A video that includes your own text, images, or audio.
A software application incorporating Coderwise modules or scripts.
All products are created and registered by Coderwise and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. By purchasing a license, you are not buying the product itself, but rather a limited right to use it under the selected license terms.
Coderwise reserves the right to revoke any license if a breach of these terms is identified. In such cases, you must stop using and distributing the product and delete all copies of the original resource.
